This organization had an amazing brand that literally everyone would know, but they weren't getting the Intern Candidates they wanted. By the time we were done, their program was well-known on college campuses and most of their Interns were getting jobs after graduation. Some were hired on full-time by this organization. They excelled and became strong team members, and future leaders. They also brought the skills, intelligence, and new perspectives Managers hoped they would. It was truly a win-win.

EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS: Very few people enjoy the annual process of determining merit increases. In this situation, HR was also spending lots of time (read: nights, weekends and very early mornings) following up with Managers on four continents, and auditing recommendations for organizational consistency. As a result of our changes, this organization reduced the amount of follow-up activities, increased Manager engagement and submitted their recommendations to the corporate office ahead of schedule. That made everyone happy.

TRAINING: This training was so dry that even the facilitators didn't like it. With a fresh perspective and some ambitious creativity, we pulled off quite the transformation and the new course earned comments from Employees like "Best training I've ever been to" and "I actually learned something."
